As a Chamber member, you may post discounts and browse though exclusive offers from other member companies to save money and promote your products and services. This is free benefit with your Chamber membership.

Facilities
Need additional space for an important meeting? Select a Chamber conference room that best meets your requirements—whether it be a boardroom, reception area or outdoors—and request audiovisual equipment or food services. You can train incoming employees, hold an important internal meeting, or impress your clients. Reservations cannot be made more than two months in advance, and scheduling is subject to room availability.

Member Discount Program
Don't pay full price!
The new and improved Member Discount Program allows valued Chamber members to submit discounts to attract more business to their location, increase revenue, and enhance visibility among colleagues and potential customers.
Participation in the Member Discount Program is complimentary for all Chamber members throughout the region. In addition, members have the opportunity to set their company apart and boost exposure by purchasing advertisements and/or an enhanced listing.

Mailing Lists
Why Mailing Lists
- Chamber lists are more accurate and less expensive than other sources.
- Mailing lists provide members with direct marketing opportunities to regional businesses and organizations.
- This benefit allows for communication between members for announcements, new product introductions, special discounts, etc.
- Mailing lists can be used for targeted mailings, telemarketing, lead generation, sales and marketing, planning, and market research.
Customizing the Mailing List
- Geographical (such as zip code or county)
- Employee size
- Type of Business
Information included
Lists consist of company name, industry, contact, title, address, phone number, number of employees and company characteristics. E-mail addresses and fax numbers are not provided.
Format
Mailing Lists are available in a downloadable electronic document (which is e-mailed directly to the contact) or as an Excel spreadsheet. Please mark preference on Mailing List Agreement form. A CD may take more time to reach the recipient due to the US Postal Service. The CD can also be picked up at the Chamber offices.
* Requests are generally fulfilled within 7-10 business days. If you would like your order rushed, please mark the appropriate box on the Mailing List agreement form and indicate courier information or mailing service account number.
Required for Approval
All customized Mailing Lists require the following:
- A written sample piece that explains the purpose of using the Mailing List.
- Mailing List Agreement must be signed by the purchasing company or agent. Names may not be reproduced, copied or re-used, nor may they be entered into any computer, computer program or device allowing access via electronic means (internet, e-mail, bulletin boards, etc.).

News
At the Chamber, we encourage members to take advantage of the multitude of opportunities afforded in our quarterly newsletter. You can boost your colleagues’ knowledge of prevailing regional topics, tout your executive’s industry expertise, highlighting either your nonprofit’s activities or your for-profit’s community initiatives, display recent company news, or position an advertisement right on the front page.
The newsletter is emailed to approximately 400 regional member businesses and it is also available online on the Chamber’s newly redesigned web site. Your company will quickly gain clout among regional business professionals throughout the region.
Business Savvy
Your company’s top executives can submit an article to share his or her business expertise with the regional business community. Simply chose a specific issue that affects business and present your solution in a 300 to 500-word article. Submissions are required on the 15th of the month prior and you can include your company’s contact information if readers are interested in your services.
Corporate Cares
Is your company reaching out to make a difference in your surrounding communities? Let regional business leaders know how your company is working to support the neighborhoods in which your customers, potential clients, and business partners live and work.
Member News
Submit a press release highlighting your company’s recent accomplishments, honors, upcoming events, product releases, or job openings. You may present one press release each month and if you plan to include a photo, it must be placed within the release.
Advertising Space
You can purchase advertising space on the newsletter for $500 and as each member opens the email, your ad will be prominently displayed at the top of the front page.
